Epithelial cells in lymph node

Hi everyone

A surgical colleague wants to know if there is a method to detect minor numbers of epithelial cells in a lymph node by flow.  He is particularly interested in nodes where there is no apparent sign of epithelial cells observable by microscopy.  Any suggestions or methods would be appreciated
