Can anyone suggest a reliable and valid apoptotic assay for fibroblasts
( Balb/c 3T3's and SCID cells )? Most assays including the TUNEL, and
Annexin assays are designed for lymphocytes, has anyone actually done an
assay and received reliable results with fibroblasts?
