flow in immunodefiency

We have a 31 year old female who presented with recurrent, serious
bacterial infections. She turns out to be pan hypoglobulinemic with IgG
51; IgA 8.6; IgM 7. WBC is 15,000 with 15% lymphs.

In flow she had CD3 36%; CD4 24%; CD8 12%; CD5 40%; CD10 0%; CD19 57%;
CD20 61%; CD22 58%; FMC7 23%; there was expression of CD23 and CD25 on
about half of the B cells ( CD20 ). There was some very weak expression
of kappa and lambda on a few of these cells. Right now that's all I
know.

>From those of you with experience with immunodeficiency of the
non-acquired type, is this consistent with Combined Variable
Immunodeficiency. In general, since I have seen so few of these types of
cases, I would be interested in any comments.

Thanks,
