Hi,
CD25 is not normally expressed on B cells in PB. Have you checked CD103 and
CD 11c? Even if there is no lymphocytosis the B/T cell ratio in the
lymphocyte region is not normal and you see a B cell population that has no
clear Ig pattern. How was lymphocyte morphology?  ( I'm thinking of hairy
cell or NHL with villous lymphocytes that can have only a small population
in PB!).
