Dear Flowers,

I must agree with Dan Arbor. In my experience the immunophenotyping 
is typical of Mantle cell lymphoma. We have however experienced a 
B-lineage ALL with expression of CD5. This particular case had a
typical common ALL phenotype with both CD19 and CD10 being positive. 
No other T-cell antigens were expressed. So although unusual, it is 
possible. Please let us know the outcome of this case. I would be 
very interested to hear your final decision.
