Hi Doug,

Although the majority of recent studies using MHC tetramers have utilized
MHC class I-peptide complexes, the first MHC tetramers generated (by Mark
Davis many years ago) were of MHC class II molecules.  A more recent paper
from Marrack and Kappler's group describes the production and use of
several MHC class II - peptide tetramers:  Immunity (1998) 8:675.
