More precisely their Fas expression levels are (n=3, CV~10%):
JURKAT : 19,000 Fas sites/cell
HUT78 : 130,000  Fas sites/cell
In addition, MOLT4 express 16,000 Fas sites/cell (at least for the cells we
have in our own lab).
No data yet fot FasL.

Tricks available if you plan to quantitate Fas expression on PBMC on an
absolute (i.e. reproducible) basis.
