Unmatched capacity for cytometry
reagents from Coulter and Immunotech

The Union Of Coulter And Immunotech Puts More Than Cytometry Reagents At Your Reach

From purified and biotinylated monoclonal antibodies to 3 and 4-color products, this combined product line offers the broadest line of high quality reagents available. A choice of four fluorochrome conjugates lets users mix* their own multi-color reagents to suit their particular experiments. Coulter now offers almost 100 CD markers available in a variety of product configurations.

• Stem Cell Analysis
The most complete line of reagents for the enumeration of hematopoietic stem cells offers 16 different configurations in CD34 including Class I, II, II

including Class I, II, II and a unique pool. In addition, other important antibodies involved in early hematopoiesis such as CDw90 (Thy-1), CD116 (GM-CSF) and CD117 (c-kit) are already available.

• Intracellular Markers
An expanding list of markers to investigate cell proliferation with cell-cycle-associated proteins including PCNA, Ki67, p105, p120 and BrdU. Many of these studies are done in conjunction with DNA content where Coulter's DNA=Prep Workstation can stain whole cells as well as nuclei preparations. In addition, important markers such as Cytokeratin and p53 can greatly enhance these multi-parametric analyses.

• T-Cell Receptors
The possibility of analyzing T-cell receptors by flow cytometry is creating new opportunities for multi-parametric studies of T-cell subpopulations. Currently over 60% of the Vbeta specific antibodies are available in a variety of conjugates -- the broadest range from any source.

• Platelet Antigens and Adhesion Molecules
The leading line of products for analysis of platelet function, including antibodies to CD41, CD42a and CD42b, CD31 and CD61, all available in direct conjugates. In addition, a choice of antibodies to adhesion molecules consisting of antibodies to integrins, endothelial antigens, CAM's and VLA's are available in this growing field.
