5 COULTER Multi-Q-Prep Workstation

Uses patented ImmunoPrep no-wash technique for lysing whole blood samples. Prepares 32 sample carousel in less than 22 minutes with automated, walkaway sample handling. Directly compatible with MCL Autoloader. (option)
6 MCL Autoloader

Walkaway sample loading with 32 tube carousel. High speed sample handling with a barcode scanner for positive identification of carousel #, tube position and sample. Provides individual sample vortesing prior to sampling. (option)
7 Signal Amplitude LED Indicators

For convenient monitoring of all seven signals (FS, SS, FL1-FL4 and AUX) in realtime.
8 Cytometer Status Indicators

Level sense indicators are available for Sheath, Cleanse and Waste levels. The System also includes positive Sample Flow and Flow Rate indicators.

9 Pushbutton Fluidic Controls

For instant user access to instrument control. Fluidic controls include Run, Auto (MCL), Prime and Cleanse. Automatic startup, shutdown and cleanse cycles are microcomputer controlled.
10 Manual Sample Station

For single-tube assays and applications requiring increased sample interaction such as kinetic assays. Accepts 12 x 75 mm glass or plastic tubes. Automatic probe wash and rinse feature prevents carryover and minimizes operator exposure to potential biohazards.
11 System Reagent Drawer

Provides convenient front-access to sheath fluid and cleaning fluid reservoirs.
12 Interchangeable Optical Filters

For a wide range of routine and research applications. Filter cartridges are keyed for one-way fit and numbered for easy tracking. Standard 4-color configuration for FITC, RD1, ECD and PC5 fluorochromes. All optical filters are multicavity, dielectric bandpass interference and dichroic filters.
