reticONETM SYSTEM: Fully Automated Reticulocyte Enumeration

The new reticONE SYSTEM is an innovative software/reagent methodology for counting reticulocytes in whole blood. The reticONE SYSTEM was developed for the XL with SYSTEM II Software and is compatible with walkaway sample loading on the MCL. Instrument calibration as well as gating and analysis are done automatically, resulting in increased efficiency and speed.

The reticONE Reagent Kit includes Retic-CALTM Biological Calibrator for automated instrument standardization. Retic-STATTM  Cloriphosphine-O is a metachromatic dye that allows interfering substances, such as white blood cells and platelets, to be excluded from the reticulocyte calculation.

This easy-to-use module provides high throughput of more than 60 samples per hour and does not require a control to be run with each patient.

Dual Color HLA-B27 Detection

Traditionally, HLA-B27 typing was performed by microlymphotoxicity testing-- a method taking a minimum of three hours to complete.

Now, investigators can detect the HLA-B27 antigen quickly and inexpensively using dual-color flow cytometry and Immunotech's HLA-B27-FITC/HLA-B7-PE reagent.

INDEX is a unique set of normal and abnormal human cells for daily verification of sample staining, instrument performance and software analysis.
