Apoptosis meeting

Dear Flow-ers,

I completely agree with David Hedley.

It would be very interesting to have a specialized meeting on something
like: "Pathways to apoptosis. Flow cytometric approaches". Such a meeting
should not be a platform to bicker over how dead our cells are today, but
should focus on all the flow cytometry approaches available and on how the
data can be fitted together. It will show to all of us, that flow cytometry
offers so many more angles to look at apoptosis than does an isolated
Southern or Northern blot (which may have its merits, once cells have been
characterized by flow cytometric approaches).

It would help, if such a meeting could be organized at a more affordable
site than Rimini.
