Arnold,

A temporary fix (until v.2.0 is available) would be to use CellQUEST
software (making the assumption you are using a BD instrument) and doing a
histogram overlay with your normal control sample. You can then save the
overlayed histograms as a single combined histogram, and analyze this file
with ModFit LT.

Or you could spike all your samples with fresh PBMCs so a reference peak
will be in each specimen (theoretically, this is the best solution, I
believe).
