That was originally made by Molecular Probes; if they don't have it, I don't
know who else would.

Most people would consider TO-PRO-3 and TOTO-3 usable for dye exclusion
viability tests in animal cells, although these dyes do tend to get in
slowly. With your experience, you might want to look at the oxonol
DiTBAC4(5), available from Molecular Probes; while this is nominally a
membrane potential stain, it will stain the intracellular contents of cells
with damaged membranes, making them a lot brighter than cells with intact
membranes and no membrane potential.
