A friend of mine is lucky enough to be able to purchase her own flow
cytometer and she has decided on FACSCalibur from Becton Dickinson. I was
wondering if there is any FACSCalibur users out there what you think about
it (are you happy with it) and how does it compare, say to FACScan.
