Cell Census Plus (Sigma)

Does anyone have experience with Sigma's Cell Census Plus
System? For those of you who do not know, it is a replacement to using
radiolabeled thymidine to measure cell proliferation. The part that
interests me most is that I can stain cells for cell surface markers
and measure cell proliferation of a subset of the cells.

The question is has anyone validated the data they received from this
Sigma kit using another technique? How accurate is the Cell Census
Plus System data?

Thanks in advance,
