He has a great program for use on the HP/FACScan or FACStar Plus system that
monitors usage with a "login" program. We have been using it for years. For
me, it serves two purposes. 1. It is used to limit access to users who are
trained on the instrument 2. It provides the database for my monthy
charges. The file can be downloaded to my pc and imported into an Excel file.

I know Neal would be happy to give you particulars on this program. As for
DOS tracking programs, I have no experience.
