BD CellQuest vs Lysys

We are considering upgrading our software and would like to know if anyone
is simultaneously hooked up to the good ol' (?) HP Lysys system and new Mac
software for FACScan/FACSort. We have users with a lot of data on the old
system and with a lot of past effort at making it run well for their needs -
we would like to be able to allow them to continue to use what they are used
to but permit other users to go the Mac route for future data acquisition.
Also, if we were to switch entirely, users would like reassurance that there
is some way to convert or use their old data with the new hardware/software
- again, does anyone have definite experience with this? (maybe we should
give up and buy new Coulter equipment)
