More PMTs and APDs

Just a final note on red sensitive PMTs and avalanche photodiodes (APDs);
see pages 131-132 in the 3rd edition (latest) of Practical Flow Cyotmetry.
There is a clear explanation of APDs versus PMTs and a table of cathode
quantum efficiencies of various PMTs at various wavelengths.

I just spoke with the folks at Hamamatsu and the R1477 is available.
