Does anyone have any experience using DAKO's anti-PCNA-fitc in rat liver
cells? I am experiencing difficulty with inappropriate G1 staining in
these cells. We are using triton x-100 to wash out free antibody. This
system seems to work in human cells but upon switching to rat liver cells
there is a problem.

Any help or suggestions would gratefully be accepted.
