Greetings:

I am preparing to begin a project to measure LDL endocytosis by flow
cytometry. I'm considering buying BODIPY labelled acetyl-LDL from
Molecular Probes. Has anyone had good luck with this reagent? Does anyone
know of a better source? I plan to use 488 nm for excitation. Is BODIPY
better than DiI at that wavelength? Thanks in advance for any advice you can
offer.
