HiJaak Pro includes a DOS TSR which can be loaded prior to starting the
Elite software and allows any screen to be captured and saved without
messing up the operation of the Elite. It supports about every existing color
presentation device and graphics format. In addition it is also possible to
use the package to edit the colors and crop the images before printing.

I use a combination of HiJaak and Powerpoint to produce color printouts
containing multiple Elite displays. The printer I'm using is a Tektronix
Phaser IID.
