I have a number of queries and I hope someone can help:
(I have an Elite FCM)

1.Does anyone know of someone who has done lymphocyte transformation
tests (or are doing it) on animals, especially buffalo and white rhinos -
not necessarily on FCM.

2. Does anyone have experience with CD33 in normal bloods - neutrophils,
monocytes included. What is the normal range? Can anyone give me a
possible explanation why it seems as if cells prepared by Q-Prep seems to
fluoresce brighter than cells stained with antibodies without Q-Prep?

3. I have started with the analysis of Calcium content in peripheral
blood cells - anyone with tips or suggestions or advice about pitfalls?
