Hello everyone...
I have the C.V. of Gul’nar (Gulya) Fattakhova, a postdoctoral researcher
currently at the Russian Research Center for Molecular Diagnostic and
Therapy in Moscow. Gulya did predoctoral research at the Shemyakin
and Ovchinnikov Institute and received her Ph.D. from the Bioengineering
Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences in 2001. Gulya’s doctoral
research focused on the immunotoxicity mechanisms of ribosome
inactivating proteins (RIPs). Her current postdoctoral research
involves cytotoxic drug and c-myc-mediated tumor cell apoptosis,
and development of targeted drug and antisense DNA delivery systems via
receptor-mediated endocytosis. She is currently looking for a
postdoctoral position in the USA in immunology, with a molecular biology
and/or signal transduction focus.
Gulya is fluent in English, and comes highly recommended by my colleagues
in Moscow. If you are interested in considering her for a position,
I’ll send you her C.V., research interest statement and contact
info.
Enjoy,
Bill Telford
