Hi Flow-ers:

I've got a client who wants to run some flow cytometry assays on chicken blood. (!!!)
Does anyone have any advice on how to go about lysing (nucleated) chicken RBC, and/or
how we'll need to tweak the instrument settings to identify the white blood cells?
