CD34

Dear all,

We usually acquired 75,000 CD45+ events for CD34 enumerations.  We do not
process the test if cell count is less than 1000/ul but there are occasions
where 75,000 collection is not possible.  I am interested to know what is
the usual practice in other clinical labs when this happen?  What is the
minimum acceptable number of events collected to report CD34 count?
