Mario,

Must I remind you of your heritage?  Anyone coming through the Herzenberg
lab must have been at one time a B cell person.  As for the uselessness of T
cells, their only job is to listen to what the B cell tells them to do
(okay, so they listen to dendritic cells as well).

As for "assuming" that the colors were to be used for phenotyping, I never
mentioned phenotyping.  I was very careful to stick to the precise term of
"fluorochrome" as requested by Michal in the original e-mail (I didn't even
use the terms FL1, 2,..).  The instrument in question has some
functionality, as I have stated, but the inability to use the "UV" for
"fluorochromes" is the major issue.
