Hi, I wanted to ask for some help on this issue. I want to start doing
intracellular cytokine detection by flow cytometry, on murine lung samples
and I wanted to know about a good protocol for doing this, since I know
there exist some tips that could be very helpful for me.
The antibodies we have are from Pharmingen.
Any help would be really appreciated.
