Cytokine bead kits

Dear flowers,

We are hoping to measure a panel of human Th1 and Th2 cytokines in
biological fluids using one of the multianalyte bead assay systems out
there. We have access to both the BD and Luminex platforms, so the
instrument cost is not an issue. In reviewing the Perdue cytometry list
archives I was unable to find a discussion of the strengths of the various
kits being sold for this purpose.

Does anyone have any insights into the relative strengths of any of these?
We are particularly interested in measuring Th2 cytokines such as IL-4, IL-5
and IL-13.
