I have a colleague who wants to look at the number of "HLADR+CD11c+ APC"
cells in lymph nodes post vacinnation. He also wants to quantify the number
of dendritic cells (proposes using CD1c, BDCA3(DC1) and BDCA2 (DC2)). What
antibody combinations would be best for this task? Is any one aware of
reported normal values for lymph node to compare to?
