I'd echo Mario's comments, with one caveat - we see good results whether using CLB (via Research Diagnostics) or Caltag's anti-granzyme B antibodies against rhesus, cyno or African Green cells. Haven't tried the Pharmingen ones - glad to hear they work as well. -Doug Reed -----Original Message----- From: Mario Roederer [mailto:roederer@drmr.com] Sent: Tuesday, August 13, 2002 4:44 PM To: cyto-inbox Subject: Re: granzymes Flow and ELISPOT and "free" advice At 12:52 PM +0200 8/13/02, Voorn, J. wrote: >I am happy to inform you that we have been able to make the first and so far >only monoclonal antibodies against native human granzymes which can be used >in different immune assays. This is a bit of an overstatement (and, for my taste, a bit too commercial for this list). Caltag has anti-granzyme antibodies, in fact the only ones that we've found which cross-react with rhesus macaque. We've extensively used the PharMingen antibodies against granzyme A, B, and perforin. In fact, we've used these simultaneously in multicolor experiments (each conjugated to a different color)--they work great. We have also used the anti-granzyme antibodies made by CLB with good success. mr
