Dear colleagues,
I am not new in cytometry but I need a little help in tetramer staining (or other in-
vitro methods for measuring antigen specific T-cells). So, I work in neuroendocrine
laboratory and we need an appropriate model for our research. This could be a vaccinated
human against a virus disease. I would like to ask if it is possible to detect any
antigen specific T-cells after any kind of vaccination. I try to find some articles but
the most concern response after some disease.
I will appreciate any articles and advices concerning that topic.
Thank you in advance
