Dendritic cell apoptosis

My name is Philip Efron and I work at the University of Florida.  I am
analyzing Dendritic cells in mouse lymph nodes, making up about 1-4% of that
cell population.  Does anyone have any experience with analyzing for
apoptosis in DCs?  I am currently trying to use Annexin V, TMRE, and DioC6.
Any advise would be most appreciated.
