Hello, PE labelled Anti-perforin mAb from Pharmingen (BD) cat 556437 works OK for us in NK cells. We are currently working on the CD8+ T cells that seem to be more problematic. K. Kogawa et al. used it for both NK and CTL with an apparent success: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=retrieve&db=pubmed&list_uids=11756153&dopt=Abstract Good luck, Ondrej Hrusak . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
