Hello,
PE labelled Anti-perforin mAb from Pharmingen (BD) cat 556437 works
OK for us in NK cells. We are currently working on the CD8+ T cells
that seem to be more problematic.
K. Kogawa et al. used it for both NK and CTL with an apparent success:
