Hi, I assume you mean antibodies against mouse CCR7 and CXCR5, not antibodies raised in mouse?? If so, and if you don't mind working with polyclonals, you could try Santa Cruz, they have a lot of polyclonal antibodies against mouse, rat and human chemokine receptors, including CCR7. I haven't tried the CCR7 Ab myself, but have used some of the others in flow with good results, as long as you take some precautions against background binding and titrate the antibody.
