Fellow Flow-ers, Our flow fridge recently went haywire and froze our reagents. We are performing QC on all of them. So far, they look okay. Does anyone have any experience with the short and long term effects of freezing antibodies? On another note, we had a previous operator that kept all of the dry chemicals for making up reagents such as ammonium chloride lyse, PBS, etc., in the dessicator. The bottles don't specify this type of storage. Anyone have any thoughts on why the chemicals should stay in the dessicator? Thanks, Melanie O'Donahue, MT, ASCP Flow Cytometry Lead Mayo Clinic Scottsdale Odonahue.Melanie@mayo.edu
