Hi,

It's depend.
You should have a second red laser to directly excite APC
or Cy... built in the FACScalibur.
If you have the standard 488nm blue laser only, you can use
PE conjugated Cy dyes, eg. PE-Cy5 (PC5) conjugates or PerCp
instead.
