Greetings, Thanks to everyone who sent responses to our question about distinguishing RBC and retics by light scatter. With a few exceptions, the answers seemed to echo the opinion that retics and RBC are so close in size/scatter properties, that it takes a stain such as thiazole orange to separate them sufficient for subsequent gating.
