hi,

BD's cytofix is apparently backordered for 2 months so i need to make my
own fixation buffer.

Are there any issues or tricks in making the stuff or is it just simply stock
paraformaldehyde, 4% W/V in stock dulbecco's PBS and stored at 4
degrees?
