The Flow Cytometry Core Facility in the Cutaneous Biology Research Center of Massachusetts General Hospital, located in Charlestown, MA, has a full time research technician position available. Responsibilities would include acquisition and analysis of fluorescence assays on a FACScan flow cytometer, and some cell sorting on a MoFlo high speed cell sorter, as well as routine maintenance of equipment. Limited experience with fluorescence analysis and/or flow cytometry is desired, but is not a prerequisite.
