Hi,
I´m looking for a protocol for FACS-analysis of muscle cells from tissue
sections. I didn`t want to culture muscle cells because of changes of
extracellular matrix proteins (especially integrines). Is it possible to use cells from
tissue sections for FACS-Aanalysis.
Additional I need an monoclonal antibody against the integrine alpha 7 beta
1. I can´t find this type of antibody.
I´m grateful for every advice.
