Note the "I" in "ISAC." We need to think more globally. Travel within Canada is not considered to be "foreign travel" to scientists and students who live in Canada. Even though a significant part of ISAC membership is from the US, I think it is only fair to move this meeting around and to give different people a chance to travel cheaply and to get travel grants from their home governments or institutions. So let's give the Canadians a break this time. In addition, we need to remember that, to all the ISAC members from Europe, Asia, Africa, Australasia, and South America, travel to one place in North America is just like travel to any other place in North America.
