Don't know about that one, but this one was written for beginning flow 
operators - check it out!  "In Living Color: Protocols in Flow Cytometry 
and Cell Sorting" EDS Rochelle Diamond and Susan DeMaggio, Springer Verlag 
- available from the publisher or on Amazon.com.  I've been told it is 
pretty good!!
