Hi,

Thanks for everyone's help with my Accudrop/Clone-cyt problem. It seems that
I didn't get a new, smaller plate with my upgrade and when I called BD
initially they couldn't diagnose my problem because they had the new plate
on their demo instrument and couldn't duplicate my problem. Kudos to Steve
Merlin at BDIS Fan Jose for his help.

One suggestion I could make for BD and the other manufacturers is make
catalogs or parts list that have a photograph of each part and what it is,
what version of the instrument it is for and what the catalog number is.
These parts list which list catalog number and incomplete product
descriptions are useless. I have had several upgrades to my Vantage and I
have way too many spare parts which are incompatible with my upgrades or
have been rendered obsolete.

Thanks, Rich
