Do you have the old type rectangular ground sheet? Mine shipped with a much smaller
piece which doen't protrude as far towards the door.

Hi,

I have recently had my FacsVantage SE upgraded with the Accu-drop option. My
problem is one of the bolts for the Accu-drop camera comes into contact with
the metal ground shield of my Clone-cyt assembly and this prevents the
camera door from closing. I called BD and they haven't heard of this before.

I have completed several Clone-cyt sorts into 96 well plates without this
metal ground shield and my results haven't been what I expected. My
questions are: has anyone had this problem? and are my sorts being affected
by not having this metal ground shield in the instrument?

Thanks
