Greetings,

Can someone tell us if steric hindrance will play a role in a 3-color
experiment in which
human erythrocytes/retics are stained simultaneously for CD49d (VLA, very
late activation), CD36 (erythrocyte adhesion receptor), and AnnexinV, if one
of the antibodies/reagents is labeled with (the very large molecule)
phycoerythrin and another with one of the PE-Cy5 reagents.? I've seen these
reagents used separately or in dual combinations with RBC but never all
three at the same time.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
