Hi Yalin,

as a result of a recent posting regarding the commercial availability
of a monoclonal anti-ABCG2 antibody, we purchased a PE conjugate of the
5D3 clone from eBiosciences. However, we have yet to detect any
staining whatsoever with this reagent. Thus far we have looked at
several normal bone marrow samples, and several cytokine-mobilised
peripheral blood samples. We could not detect expression on gated CD34+
cells, nor on the ungated data files. The marrow samples were prepared
by Ficoll, but the mobilised PB samples were prepared by lyse-no-wash
processing.

Has anyone else obtained this reagent and had success?

cheers
