Fc receptor blockade in human cells

Does anybody have experience in using Ig-Fc fragments to block Fc receptors
in human B cells?  We have tried to stain for surface FcR using FITC-human
Ig Fc fragments, and get a minimal level of staining, so I don't even know
if my unlabelled Fc fragments are binding.
