Dear Fellow "Flowers"

As a neophyte into the realm of DNA Flow, can someone please point me in the direction of either text or article regarding the ABCs of establishing the S-Phase Cutoffs? Our interest is in proliferating non-malignant lymphocytes. Modfit LT will be used in the analysis.
