Dear Richard

I notice Howard has provided you with an exhaustive choice of
possibilities. While all excellent suggestions, the first thing i would
recommend is that you call or email phil fostini at Evergreen Lasers at
860 349-1797 or support@evergreenlaser.com. Phil might be able to help
you accurately diagnose the situation and perhaps keep your laser alive for
as long as possible in its present state. If you need to replace the laser
[and as howard indicates, your water and electric bills factor favorably
into your cost/benefit budget analysis], Evergreen can retube the laser at
a phenominal savings.
