Hi Olindo
and all other interested in antibodies for various species,

try SEROTEC (www.serotec.co.uk).

Have a look to their veterinary section on the web site.
'For Olindo': Anti-bovine IgM AB are available (even FITC conjugated).

This is definitely no promotion for the company I am not engaged at SEROTEC
and don't get any extras from them. But they offer a wide range of
antibodies. Quality has to be checked exclusively by the investigators.

Good luck

Dear Flowers,

We want to find a antibody to identify B cells after in vitro culture.

We have used anti-bovine CD21 to label B cells in ex vivo analysis. However,
it seems that CD21 is lost after in vitro culture.

Does anyone know a source of anti-bovine IgM or other anti-bovine B cell
antibody?

Many Thanks,

Olindo Assis
